LA GOULUE – Restaurant
The Palm Beach chapter of a New York institution founded by Jean Denoyer in 1972, opened here in 2020 and run day to day by executive chef Gwen Le Pape. Belle Époque mirrors, a bar that fills at apéro hour, and a cheese soufflé that Boca Magazine singled out as the signature. Wednesday through Sunday a twelve-ounce prime rib is carved tableside and plated with haricots verts, cherry tomatoes and whipped horseradish. Sunday afternoons the sommelier runs wine and food pairings. Diners describe Manhattan bistro chic dropped onto South County Road. Book ahead — it fills.
