Fine-dining French in downtown Boca Raton, entered through a porte-cochère into three intimate dining rooms wrapped around a bar and a floor-to-ceiling glass wine case holding some 1,300 bottles across 300 labels. The kitchen blends classical technique with a modern hand: oysters, octopus carpaccio, foie gras, crab martini to start; chicken Française and snapper among the mains; a Grand Marnier soufflé that people order before the entrées arrive. Bring your own wine on Wednesdays without corkage. Dinner only, valet at the door, jacket optional but understood.
