LACANTINA – Restaurant

North Atlantic Avenue on the Space Coast, and a Mexican bar and grill that keeps the door open from eleven in the morning until midnight, every day of the week. The menu is old-school and unfussy: chiles rellenos, chimichangas, burritos, enchiladas, fajitas for one or two, taco salads, and a platillos section for bigger appetites. Chile con queso, stuffed jalapenos, nachos and Mexican pizza to start; burgers, fried flounder and fish tacos for anyone off the Mexican track. Homemade sangria at the bar. Cheap, casual, and open later than most of Cape Canaveral.
