Greek heritage runs through an otherwise all-American diner card: a feta-and-spinach Greek omelet, a Greek salad diners single out again and again, Belgian waffles, biscuits and sausage gravy, smothered chicken under caramelized onions, and a hand-battered fish basket with hush puppies.
