Four decades of scooping, and the menu grew a kitchen along the way. Larry's Ice Cream is family-run across South Florida, Tamarac included, and the sweet side still carries it: sundaes stacked on funnel cake, bubble-waffle and Belgian-waffle desserts, thick shakes, cannoli crepes, Nutella pancakes. The savoury side is unapologetically Jersey boardwalk — Taylor ham, egg and cheese, grilled cheese burgers, boneless wings, sliders, wraps, loaded fries. Portions are the running theme in what customers say, and nobody seems to be complaining. Come hungry; leave slower.
