The picadas arrive as sprawling boards of fried pork belly, chorizo, morcilla and quail eggs meant for sharing; the bandeja paisa lands with rice, beans and everything else it is supposed to. There are arepas and empanadas, patacon sandwiches, loaded Colombian hot dogs and burgers, and a whole fried tilapia for the table. Wash it down with a fresh juice or a raspao.
