Le Molière is a French café and bakery in the Palm Beach Gardens area, built around breakfast-and-lunch sandwiches alongside a case of pastries and baked treats made in-house rather than trucked in. It runs more café than restaurant — order at the counter, pastry case up front — open mornings into mid-afternoon six days a week. The appeal is straightforward: proper croissants and baked goods in a part of Florida where French-style bakeries are still the exception rather than the rule.
