LIDUVINA – Restaurant

Liduvina's a Dwelling Place puts nearly everything it has into two things: the coffee and the baking. Sourdough is made in house, and the pastry case is the reason regulars build the place into their morning. The kitchen works from whole, organic ingredients rather than a long printed menu, and the room stays deliberately modest — a counter, a few seats, a rhythm that runs from early morning through to early evening, closed Sundays. It reads as a neighbourhood habit rather than a destination, and its following was built on turning out the same good thing every day. Small, quiet, and unusually consistent.
