Limón y Sabor has been serving Peruvian seafood on Biscayne Boulevard in Miami's Edgewater neighborhood since 2009, a family-owned kitchen built around ceviche done a few ways — the classic marinated version and a chunkier ceviche a la chalaca with corn and sweet potato. Lomo saltado, the stir-fried beef standby, comes up again and again as a favorite. It's grown enough to open a second location in Miami Springs, but the original keeps its neighborhood feel: unfussy, family-run, and focused on getting the seafood right rather than chasing trends. Straightforward Peruvian cooking done consistently well.
