Lina's took over a Dale Mabry Highway space in Tampa that had run as a Greek breakfast spot for more than 37 years, and owner Lina Bazzari — who grew up in Jordan — reworked it into a Mediterranean-American diner without losing the neighborhood-staple feel. Alongside the usual breakfast and diner plates, the menu leans into her own family's food: house-made falafel, creamy baba ganoush, and hummus made fresh daily. Regulars describe a personal touch — the chef visiting tables, the owners hands-on with every shift. Open early to evening, seven days a week, for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
