The board runs to small-batch Caribbean and Jamaican-inspired ice cream — Appleton Estate rum raisin, Dragon Stout pistachio, Sangster's rum cream, grape-nut, crunchie munchie — alongside tropical sorbets in mango, tamarind and watermelon. Cups run one to three scoops, or take a quart home. It opens in the afternoon and runs late on weekends, which is exactly right for what it sells. A slice of the Caribbean in every scoop, and they mean it literally.
