Steaks come in every cut you would want, filet mignon through rib eye, alongside chimichurri-marinated chicken and mojo-marinated pork chops. The sea side is just as long: Peruvian-style ceviche mixto, mussels provencal, pan-seared tuna under avocado wasabi, cazuela de mariscos. Pasta if you would rather - lobster ravioli, spaghetti frutti di mare. Lunch and dinner, with a wine list built to keep up.
