A Bayshore Drive cantina in Naples that runs from early breakfast to the small hours, with live mariachi filling the room on the busiest nights. The kitchen's signature is the molcajete itself - the volcanic-stone bowl arriving at the table loaded and steaming, in a supreme or meat-lovers build. Tacos come al pastor, carne asada, chorizo, carnitas and barbacoa, with birria tacos that regulars single out, plus fajitas de pollo, texanas and camarones, guacamole and a pair of salsas. Portions are large, the room is lively, and nobody leaves hungry.
