Lost Pizza Co started in the Mississippi Delta in 2007 and never quite left it behind. Delta hot tamales sit on the appetiser list next to fried ravioli and wings, and the pizzas come on a garlic-buttered crust: cupping pepperoni under a drizzle of honey, or the Happy Hippie loaded with spinach, artichoke hearts, tomato, peppers, onion and olives. The Fort Walton Beach shop is on Miracle Strip Parkway, open eleven to nine every day, dine in or carry out, with catering from the same ovens. Unfussy, generous, and confident about it.
