A New York-style delicatessen that has fed South Miami-Dade for over three decades, and the argument for it is simple: the food is made on the premises, every day. Bagels and lox, matzo ball soup, potato pancakes, blintzes, whitefish, knishes and pastrami piled with real intent. Breakfast is what it is best known for, and the room fills early with people who clearly do this every week. Diners come back to the same notes — portions bordering on unreasonable, and counter staff who remember an order after two visits. Unfussy, generous, and reliable in the old deli way.
