Part steakhouse, part working ranch, this weekend outpost of the El Toro Loco family sits on SW 177th Avenue and trades Friday to Sunday, late morning until nine. Picadas come by the number: churrasco, picanha and chicken with bacon in one, churrasco, costilla and picanha in another, three pounds apiece with four sides. Empanadas open proceedings. Red beans, mashed potatoes, garlic rice and gallo pinto follow. There are natural juices in mango and passion fruit, seasonal coconut water, orange, mango and multifloral honeys, and beef tallow to take home. Groups and families fill the barn. Come hungry, and bring people.
