Open at half six in the morning on South Broad Street, which is not how most pizzerias operate - Luigi's has been a Brooksville fixture since 1970 and runs breakfast straight through to dinner. The Italian side is deep: veal alla Luigi's, chicken marsala, ziti con vodka, linguini fra diavolo, fettuccini carbonara, a family-size stromboli. Pizzas run from the original white to the Super Special. Finish with homemade tiramisu or zeppoli. Fifty-plus years in one town says most of it.
