LUNA STAR CAFE' INC – Restaurant

Since 1996, Luna Star has been North Miami's small-room answer to the big stage — a café first, a music venue almost immediately afterwards, and still both at once. New ownership took over in 2025 without changing the spirit of the place. The week is built around live sets: midweek song swaps and open jams, jazz and Celtic nights, weekend singer-songwriters and bands, a monthly open mic. The food is café cooking done properly — bruschetta caprese, crab cakes, black forest ham and brie, turkey and swiss, the Luna Burger — with coffee, beer and wine alongside. Modest covers, and a room that actually listens.
