Macondo's Pinecrest cafe sits at 13101 SW 89th Place, Suite 109, open seven days from seven in the morning until seven at night — the longest hours in the family's small South Florida group. The coffee is the point: beans bought from small Colombian farms the owners know by name, roasted in small batches at Macondo's own facility, then pulled to order. Around it runs a full day's menu of Latin-inspired breakfast, bowls, salads, pizza, sandwiches and a pastry counter. Neighbours use it as an office, a school-run stop and an afternoon reset.
