A small, bright counter at 13999 Gulf Blvd, unit C1, a short walk from John's Pass in Madeira Beach, and one of the better fish rooms on this stretch of coast. Build a bowl from white or brown rice or mixed greens and pile on tuna, salmon, spicy salmon, krab or tofu with the mix-ins and sauces you want, or take the Spicy Rainbow and let them decide. A full kitchen backs it up: gyoza, takoyaki, crispy tofu, fried spring rolls, grouper bites, grilled shrimp. Boba tea to finish. Beach-clean, fresh, and unusually well run.
