Mamaling opens only for dinner, and it makes the hours count. The Palm Coast Parkway kitchen ranges across Southeast Asian street food rather than settling in one country: Vietnamese pho and shaken beef, Thai green curry and pad thai, a roast pork ramen, drunken samurai udon, kung pao, honey orange chicken, sweet chili basil fish, and a Szechuan mini taco that shows a kitchen having fun. Lemongrass coconut curry is the dish to order if you want to understand the place. Tuesday through Sunday from 4:30pm; book ahead for six or more.
