Maná Esfihas exists for one thing and does it properly: Brazilian esfihas, baked to order on West Hillsboro Boulevard in Deerfield Beach. The dough is the point — soft, airy, blistered from the oven — and the flavours run from beef and cheese through chicken with catupiry and hearts of palm to sweet ones filled with guava or Nutella and strawberry. Most people order by the box; the build-your-own option exists precisely so you don't have to choose. Open evenings Tuesday through Sunday. Small, family-run, and single-minded in the best way.
