Mana takes its name from the Greek word for mother, and the kitchen at 117 N Coastal Way in Jupiter cooks like it means it — family recipes, fresh local produce, nothing over-designed. Start with spreads and warm pita, stuffed grape leaves, zucchini fritters, tzatziki finished at the table. Then gyro platters, lemon chicken, skirt steak, seafood, lemon potatoes, spanakopita, rice pudding to close.
