Normandy Isle got itself a proper pizzeria. Marc's runs five nights a week, Wednesday through Sunday, dinner only, and keeps the list short and confident: Margherita, Marinara, Bianca and Rossa, a Pepperoni Piccante with real heat, mortadella and pesto, a Pissaladiere for the Francophiles. Open with garlic knots or Marc's meatballs, close with gelato or Aunt Jean's chocolate chip cookie. Florida farms, ranches and cheesemakers supply what they can. Small menu, done properly.
