MASALA MANTRA THE INDIAN BISTRO – Restaurant

Cape Coral's Indian bistro on Del Prado Blvd S, which bills itself as the city's first. The grill is the draw - tandoori chicken, Bombay lamb chops, masala grill salmon and the house special grill platter - alongside chicken biryani, chana masala, jeera rice and garlic naan straight from the oven. Manchurian cauliflower is the dish tables order twice. A separate vegan menu runs the full length of the card rather than offering a token substitution. Spicing is confident and well-judged, service warm, the room bright and immaculate.
