The sushi bar is where to sit: chef Bruce works the counter, and the reservation-only omakase runs a full tasting for those who commit. Off the regular card come whitefish garlic carpaccio, yellowtail jalapeno roll, grilled whole squid, spicy tuna, and a tuna-lover plate that runs tataki, nigiri, sashimi and a hand roll. Diners return for the fish quality above all - sashimi that genuinely tastes cut that day - and for a floor team that explains rather than performs.
