MASARYK WINERY – Restaurant
A family farm on Phillips Road that grew into three things at once: u-pick fields, a small winery, and Suzy's Cafe, the farm-to-table kitchen open Friday through Sunday. Brunch runs till two - Nana's biscuits and gravy, the Big Farmer's Breakfast, a chicken salad croissant - then wings, loaded nachos and hand-tossed pizza carry the afternoon. The wines are made from fruit grown on site, blueberry and blackberry among them, and the tasting is cheap and unpretentious. Cakes and puddings are baked in house. Worth the drive out for the setting alone.
