MASON'S FAMOUS LOBSTER ROLLS – Restaurant

The Coconut Point outpost of a Maryland-born lobster roll specialist, tucked into Plaza del Lago Drive in Estero between Cold Stone and Tony Sacco's. Founder Dan Beck built the brand in 2014 around Maine lobster and almost nothing else: the Classic comes chilled with mayo and lemon butter, the Connecticut warm and tossed in butter, and the Bar Harbor piles on fifty percent more meat plus tail. Lobster bisque, New England clam chowder and a lobster grilled cheese fill out the board. Eleven to seven, every day. No bells, no whistles.
