Master Siomai is one of the Philippines' biggest quick-service dimsum names, built on a single idea done at scale - siomai in pork and shrimp, tuna, chicken, beef, shark's fin and Japanese-style versions, sold hot by the piece with rice and chili-garlic sauce over the counter.
