Matty trained under an Italian master before opening the brand in 2017, and the Stuart shop on SE Federal Highway, trading since July 2024, now hand-crafts the day's batches for both of its counters. The case runs long and adventurous — coffee-chocolate-mascarpone, key lime pie, butter pecan, cookie butter — with no-sugar-added and vegan options in the rotation. Custom gelato pies, sammies by the six-pack and thick milkshakes fill out the board. Two things come up again and again: the freshness, and staff who hand over spoon after spoon until you commit.
