A supper club in the old sense, sitting inside the Poinciana Country Club off Via Poinciana with a poolside patio for the evenings that deserve one. The kitchen is American and unashamedly broad: prime rib, lamb chops, salmon, haddock, shrimp scampi, a proper burger, and a carne asada that turns up as a midweek special. Live music runs most nights and the room fills for it. Reservations are the norm, and guests talk about the service as warmly as the food. Golf first, dinner and a band after — that's the rhythm here.
