The Bradenton dining room turns out the Fried Chicken & Waffle with sweet-and-spicy syrup and house-made strawberry butter, croissant French toast, cinnamon roll pancakes and the Bissell Breakfast — eggs, bacon, toast, hashbrowns and a pancake, no editing required. Come later and it's the griddle-seared Iron City Meatloaf, chicken pot pie or Charleston shrimp and grits. Portions arrive big and unapologetic. Comfort food with a Southern accent and no interest in restraint.
