Coal-fired ovens are the whole argument here — Michael and Alison Scorsone's pies come out blistered at the edge and finished with roasted garlic olive oil and fresh basil. The lineup runs from a straight Traditional to the Bianca with ricotta and gorgonzola, the Brooklyn with sausage and rapini, and Ali's Steak n Bleu topped with NY strip, caramelized red onion and arugula. Wings, stromboli and sandwiches round it out. Order ahead online and they text when it's ready. Two counters, Clermont on West Minneola and Winter Garden on Plant Street. Simple, and seriously good.
