MIDNIGHT COOKIES AND CREAM – Restaurant

A cookie counter that keeps bakery hours in reverse: Midnight Cookies & Cream opens mid-afternoon on N Federal Highway and stays lit until 2am at weekends. The gourmet cookie list runs to Nutella Stuffed, Red Velvet, Tres Leches, S'mores and a Guava Maria that nods to South Florida, all built on the company's own signature dough. Split the difference with a Cookie A La Mode, an ice cream sandwich pressed between two warm cookies, or a monstrous Unicorn or Guava Cheesecake shake. The Lighthouse Point shop is the newest in the group. Late-night sugar, with no apology for the hour.
