Miller's Ale House keeps its Viera room at 2005 Viera Blvd in Rockledge, and it runs the chain's playbook without apology: screens angled at every seat, more than thirty-five taps, and plates built for passing around. Zingers are what most tables order first — buttermilk-dipped chicken tenders, hand-breaded, tossed in a choice of nineteen sauces. Beyond them sit barbecue baby back ribs, Sports Bar Nachos and the Zingers Mountain Melt piled over bacon-loaded fries. Prime rib turns up Thursdays and Sundays while it lasts. Guests talk mostly about the size of the portions and the price of a round. Loud, generous, unpretentious.
