Sauce is made fresh every day, mozzarella shredded in house, dough hand-rolled: the unglamorous basics done properly. The pie list rewards a bit of curiosity, with lasagna pizza, a Grecian, a gyro pizza and a cauliflower cheese alongside the classic cheese for purists. Doors open daily from ten until nine, with dine-in, carry-out, delivery and catering all on offer, plus a standing habit of turning up for local charity nights. Nothing fussy here - just a pizzeria that knows exactly what it is.
