The signature restaurant of the EB Hotel near Miami International, Miranda works a high-ceilinged room off the lobby with a terrace cafe and bar attached, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. The cooking is internationally minded with a strong Miami-Latin accent: New Zealand lamb shank braised in red wine over gnocchi, branzino on Cuban rice, octopus a la plancha, yuca bites, mushroom-barley risotto, then rum cake or tres leches. Diners talk constantly about the bar and the floor staff, who seem to know everyone by the second visit. Airport-adjacent, and nothing like it.
