Mister O1 landed in Naples with the same discipline it built in Miami: Italian flour, a 72-hour natural rise, and a thin crust fired hard and fast. The signature pies are star-shaped, their folded points filled with soft cheese - Star Luca, Michele, Beckham and Carlos. Around them are more than twenty varieties, calzones, an antipasti and burrata bar, and cauliflower or vegan gluten-free crusts for those who need them. The Coffee Paola, layering gorgonzola, honey, coffee and spicy calabrese salami, is the conversation piece. Diners come back for the dough. Nutella pizza, dusted with sugar, ends it properly.
