MISTER O1 EXTRAORDINARY PIZZA – Restaurant

At Miramar Town Center, Mister O1 keeps to the formula that made it: dough rested a full 72 hours, mostly Italian ingredients, and pizzas pulled thin enough to fold. The star pies are the reason to come - crust points folded over and filled with soft cheese, offered as Star Luca, Michele, Beckham and Carlos. The wider menu runs past twenty pizzas plus a burrata bar, antipasti, salads and calzones, with vegan and gluten-free crusts on request. Diners keep mentioning how light the crust eats. It is a good room for a table of six and a lot of sharing.
