MISTER O1 EXTRAORDINARY PIZZA – Restaurant

Boynton Beach Boulevard is not where you would expect to find a 72-hour dough, but that is exactly what Mister O1 brought here. The pizzas are thin, lightly charred and built from mostly imported Italian ingredients, and the house signature is a star - crust folded into points, each one stuffed with soft cheese, sold as Star Luca, Michele, Beckham and Carlos. Beyond them sit twenty-plus pies, calzones, a burrata bar and salads sized for the table. The Coffee Paola pairs gorgonzola and honey with coffee and spicy salami.
