BAGELS AND – Restaurant

Bagels & runs two Palm Beach County storefronts, and the Boynton Beach Boulevard room is the busier one, open six to two daily with the last seating called at 1:30. The bagels are hand-made in house by a third-generation restaurant family, and that is the whole pitch: nothing at all outsourced. Breakfast sandwiches come off the griddle all morning, the deli case carries pastrami and the usual salads, and the bakery side turns out a wide run of baked goods. Catering is a real business here, not an afterthought. Come early, because this kitchen stops before most lunch counters do.
