MIZU SUSHI&HIBACHI – Restaurant

A compact sushi-and-hibachi counter on Lakewood Ranch Boulevard that moves faster than its neighbours: drinks and starters land in minutes, a full meal well inside half an hour. A two-chef sushi bar handles nigiri, sashimi combos and the familiar rolls, spicy tuna, spicy salmon, tekka maki, California; the hibachi side does filet mignon, chicken and vegetables off the flat top. Lunch specials are where the value sits. It does not look like much from the parking lot. Locals have long since stopped caring about that.
