On Miracle Mile, Motek gives Coral Gables an all-day Eastern Mediterranean kitchen with a bakery attached. Mornings are pastries and coffee; by midday the table fills with dips — tzatziki, matbucha, spicy Greek feta with roasted pepper and Aleppo — and pita pulled from the oven. Mezze run to falafel with tahini, harissa-honey cauliflower, crispy eggplant, Moroccan beef-and-lamb cigars. Larger plates: chicken shawarma, harissa-honey salmon, Turkish lamb kebab.
