Moxies sits in the thick of downtown West Palm Beach on South Rosemary Avenue, doors open by ten on weekends for brunch and staying loud past midnight. The kitchen ranges widely and confidently: sushi and raw plates, Scottish salmon, pastas and bowls, handhelds built on house-ground chuck, brisket and short rib, and USDA prime steaks finished in an 1800-degree broiler with truffle-smashed potatoes.
