Halal Pakistani cooking on North University Drive, and one of the few kitchens in South Florida doing it at this level and open on a Monday. The Mughal Restaurant runs a lunch buffet that draws its own crowd — butter chicken, garlic naan straight from the tandoor — and an à la carte list built on chicken karahi, goat curry, chicken biryani, samosa chaat, pani puri and beef kabobs. Mango lassi to cool it all down. Diners praise the portions, the fair prices and staff who will sit and do henna for you. Generous in every sense.
