Pick a base, pick a protein - chicken, steak, shrimp, tofu or a chickpea-based vegan chickn - then choose a sauce like coconut peanut, almond pesto or curry mint. The International Bowls do the traveling for you: Korean BBQ bulgogi, Jamaican chicken curry, Peruvian lomo saltado, Thai chili shrimp. Start with mac and cheese bites or queso frito drizzled in pistachio-infused honey. Rotating work by local artists lines the walls. Finish with the funnel-cake waffle.
