A Maine lobster counter parked on North Atlantic Avenue a block from the Daytona Beach sand, built around one thing done properly. The classic lobster roll is the anchor, backed by specialty rolls, lobster tacos, a Maryland crab cake, salads and a short dessert list. It runs as a takeout and delivery operation with party trays for groups, open late on weekends. Customers keep returning to the sheer amount of lobster in the roll rather than the filler. Beach food with a New England accent, and no ceremony about it.
