Nana Kosher Beach Club – Restaurant
On Collins Avenue at 51st, Nana bills itself as the first glatt kosher beach club, and the dining side of it is La Mer, Chef Olivia Ostrow's Mediterranean kitchen looking straight out at the Atlantic. The cooking is grill-led in the Israeli al ha'esh style: whole grilled fish, salmon under preserved lemon, za'atar and harissa, lamb keftas, chicken skewers, and a run of mezze salads to build around them. Certification is through the Vaad HaKashrus of Miami-Dade. Lunch and dinner are reservation-led, and worth the booking.
