NANOU FRENCH BAKERY – French
Nanou has been doing provincial French boulangerie work in Fort Lauderdale since 2015, and the format has not changed: a counter of viennoiserie and pastry, a proper coffee programme, and a kitchen that cooks all day. Breakfast runs to omelets folded into a baguette, eggs any style with toasted baguette and butter, ham and cheese croissants and a quiche of the day. Lunch is croque monsieur, baguette and ciabatta sandwiches, chef's and vegetable salads. There is a Nanouccino with praline topping if you want dessert in a cup. Unfussy, and French to the bone.
