On South Ocean Drive in Jensen Beach, The Nest is the Harvey family's second act - a dining room they run themselves, with a raw bar at its centre. Oysters come on the half shell with mignonette and horseradish, and the chilled seafood tower stacks ceviche, jumbo lump crab, colossal shrimp and tuna tataki over ice. The kitchen sends out a seared crab cake on dressed arugula, escargot with garlic and spinach under whipped basil ricotta, a burrata salad with heirloom tomatoes, and a charcuterie board built for lingering.
